Main aur Zindagi - 2

                 Main apni dhun me rukta-chalta apni raah par chala ja raha tha. Sab kuch bahut acchha lag raha tha. kuch samay ko to aisa laga ki Maine apni dhun me chalet hue abhi se Zindagi ko bahut piche chor diya hai aur Zindagi ko sochne par majboor kar diya hai.

Lekin,              Achanak agle mode par pata chala ki ye sab to dhokha hai vastav me Zindagi  Mujhse bahut aage nikal chuki thi aur Main bahut piche rah gaya tha. Ek baar to mere kadam tithak gaye ki ab main Zindagi ke paas kaise pahuchunga ???

Tabhi usi Sitare ne Mujhe fir se pukara aur kaha ki “lagata hai ki Tum haar gaye ho”.

“Aaj Zindagi tumse bahut aage nikal chuki hai aur Tum to abhi bhi lagbhag wahi ke wahi khade ho khaali haath, Tum kuch bhi na kar sake kuch bhi na paa sake. Zindagi kahi ruki nahi wo chali aur chalti hi rahi lekin Tum ruk gaye aur haar gaye.”

Ye Sunkar Maine ek baar fir Zindagi ko dekha jo ki bahut door nikal chuki thi fir maine ek gahri saas li aur Muskarate hue us Sitare se kaha: -

“Tum bhi to yahi ho Mere saath ho! Aur apne aas-paas dekho Tumhare jaise Bahut se aur khade hai Mere Saath aisa nahi ki maine kuch nahi kiya Maine bahut se lamho ko jiya aur bahut se Dost banaye Aisa nahi hai ki Main kuch bhi na PAA saka Mujhe mile hai bahut sare Dost aur bahut sare lamho ko jeene ka Mauka aur jo waha ja rahe hai na.... 'Zindagi ke saath' Unhone Zindagi ‘BITAYI’ hai ‘JEE’ nahi hai lekin Maine Zindagi ‘JEE’ hai aur iske har ek pal ka LUTF uthaya hai chahe wo Meri JEET ho ya HAAR ho, Maine har pal se kuch seekha hai.

                        Aur jo Main ruka hu, ye mat bhulo ki har Patjhad ke baad Basant aur har Raat ke baad ek Nayi Subah aati hai aur Tum is baat ko bhi mat bhulo ki ek aisa mod ayega jahan se Zindagi char to kya ek kadam bhi aage nahi ja payegi  tab Zindgi mera intzaar karegi aur main...............








Tab bhi yu hi chalta rukta apni raftar aur dhun se waha pahuch jaunga 1 pal ruk kar Zindgi ko dekh kar muskaraunga........ Beete safar ko 1 nazar dekh apne kadam fir badhaunga| thik usi pal Main Zindgi se jeet jaunga.'
Main apni haar par bhi muskarata rha tha aur jeet par bhi magar Zindgi apni jeet par bhi muskara na pai thi aur haar par bhi........”

ZINDAGI

Ye Zindagi bhi kya kya rang dikhati hai

Kabhi dikhati Aasmaan to kabhi zamin par girati hai

Kabhi Arsh hai to kabhi Farsh hai                                         

Kabhi Gam hai to kabhi Harsh hai                                         

                        Kabhi hoti hai Khusiyo ki sawari,                   to

                        Kabhi lag jati hai har kadam ko bimari

Kabhi to lagta hai ki Sara Jahan kar lenge muthhi me

Kabhi Jameen par chalne ke liye bhi Raste nahi milte,

Kabhi to paraye bhi dete hai har kadam par saath                  to

Kabhi bahut khaas bhi paas nahi dikhte.

Humnein bhi har tarah ke mahaul dekhe hai

Jeet ki khusi manayi hai                           to

Saath me haar-haar kar khaak bhi chani hai

Kabhi humnein Zindagi ko buri tarah haraya hai        to

         Kabhi khud bhi Zindagi se haar maani hai                   

Kabhi Zindagi hamari muthhi me hoti hai                              to

Kabhi hum Zindagi ke bus me hote hai,

Kabhi badi aasani se lete hai Zindagi ka har faisala               to

Kabhi kya kare kya na kare isi kasam-kash me hote hai.

Kabhi hoti hai aas-paas kevel khusiya            to

                                                                     Kabhi har taraf gam hi gam hote hai                 

Kabhi to apni haar par bhi haste hai                to

                                                                     Kabhi jeet kar bhi ro rahe hote hai.                   

Ye Zindagi bhi kya-kya roop dikhati hai

Kabhi ye bahut HASATI hai to kabhi bahut RULATI hai……………..

Na Jane kyu aaj man udaas bhi hai

Magar is dil me kuch pane ki aas bhi hai,

Wo bhi kya lamhe the jo humne saath bitaye the

Saath saath hum Hanse, Roye aur saath hi muskuraye the.

Ab kuch alag sa lagta hai

Sab alag ho jayenge

Na jane ye zindagi humein kaha le jayegi

Un apno ki yaad me humein kitna tadpayegi,

Magar

Zindagi ka ye usul hai

Ki koi sada saath nahi rahta

Rah jati hai to bs saath bitaye pal aur un palo ki yadein,

Ye yadein hi ab sahara hai

Un palo ko bitane ka kabhi jo pal humne saath me bitaye the

Jab hum saath me hanse, Roye aur saath hi Mukuraye the……….

MAIN aur ZINDAGI

Main 2 kadam chalta aur 1 pal ko rukta isi 1 pal me Zindagi mujhse 4 kadam aage nikal jati Main fir 2 kadam chalta aur 1 pal ko rukta aur Zindagi fir 4 kadam aage nikal jaati.
Yu hi Zindgi ko main jitata dekh muskarata raha aur Zindagi meri muskarat par hairan hoti|
ye silsila yu hi chalta rahta.....
1 din mujhe haste dekh 1 sitare ne mujse pucha
'tum har kr bhi muskarate ho, kya tumhe dukh nhi hota haar ka?'
tab maine kha
'mujhe pta hai 1 aisi sarhad ayegi jaha se Zindgi 4 to kya 1 kdam bhi aage nhi badh payegi, tab Zindgi mera intzaar karegi aur main........

From the Book "Why walk when you can fly"

Once there was a king who received a gift of two magnificent falcons from Arabia. They were peregrine falcons, the most beautiful birds he had ever seen. He gave the precious birds to his head falconer to be trained.

Months passed and one day the head falconer informed the king that though one of the falcons was flying majestically, soaring high in the sky, the other bird had not moved from its branch since the day it had arrived.

The king summoned healers and sorcerers from all the land to tend to the falcon, but no one could make the bird fly. He presented the task to the member of his court, but the next day, the king saw through the palace window that the bird had still not moved from its perch. Having tried everything else, the king thought to himself, "May be I need someone more familiar with the countryside to understand the nature of this problem." So he cried out to his court, "Go and get a farmer."

In the morning, the king was thrilled to see the falcon soaring high above the palace gardens. He said to his court, "Bring me the doer of this miracle."

The court quickly located the farmer, who came and stood before the king. The king asked him, "How did you make the falcon fly?"

With his head bowed, the farmer said to the king, " It was very easy, your highness. I simply cut the branch where the bird was sitting."

We are all made to fly - to realize our incredible potential as human beings. But instead of doing that, we sit on our branches, clinging to the things that are familiar to us. The possibilities are endless, but for most of us, they remain undiscovered. We conform to the familiar, the comfortable, the mundane. So for the most part, our lives are mediocre instead of exciting, thrilling and fulfilling.

So let us learn to destroy the branch of fear we cling to and free ourselves to the glory of flight.

Monkey in the jungle

There once was a happy monkey wandering the jungle, eating delicious fruit when hungry, and resting when tired. One day he came upon a house, where he saw a bowl of the most beautiful apples. He took one in each hand and ran back into the forest.

He sniffed the apples and smelled nothing. He tried to eat them, but hurt his teeth. They were made of wood, but they were beautiful, and when the other monkeys saw them, he held onto them even tighter.

He admired his new possessions proudly as he wandered the jungle. They glistened red in the sun, and seemed perfect to him. He became so attached to them, that he didn't even notice his hunger at first.

A fruit tree reminded him, but he felt the apples in his hands. He couldn't bear to set them down to reach for the fruit. In fact, he couldn't relax, either, if he was to defend his apples. A proud, but less happy monkey continued to walk along the forest trails.

The apples became heavier, and the poor little monkey thought about leaving them behind. He was tired, hungry, and he couldn't climb trees or collect fruit with his hands full. What if he just let go?

Letting go of such valuable things seemed crazy, but what else could he do? He was so tired. Seeing the next fruit tree, and smelling it's fruit was enough. He dropped the wooden apples and reached up for his meal. He was happy again.

Like that little monkey, we sometimes carry things that seem too valuable to let go. A man carries an image of himself as "productive" - carries it like a shiny wooden apple. But in reality, his busyness leaves him tired, and hungry for a better life.

Still, letting go seems crazy. Even his worries are sacred apples - they prove he's "doing everything he can." He holds onto them compulsively.
